# Rocket.Chat Cloud

[Rocket.Chat Cloud](https://cloud.rocket.chat/) is a centralized portal for managing your workspaces by connecting them to Rocket.Chat’s cloud services. With your Rocket.Chat Cloud account, you can manage both self-managed and cloud-hosted workspaces, review payment methods and invoices, and configure custom domains.

> [!WARNING]
> - All workspaces must be [registered](/v1/docs/register-your-workspace) on Rocket.Chat cloud and within our [support window](/v1/docs/support-prerequisites-and-version-durability#support-window-duration) to access cloud services.
> - If you are using a firewall, you need to whitelist the `cloud.rocket.chat` URL for workspace registration and syncing the license. See [Firewall Configuration](/firewall-configuration) for a complete list of URLs you may need to whitelist.
