Omnichannel Video/Audio Call Configuration
You can either use Jitsi or WebRTC as your omnichannel audio/video call provider.
If you want to check how to use it please refer to agent's guide.

Jitsi

To configure Video/Audio Call on your Rocket.Chat workspace using Jitsi:
  1. 1.
    Log in as an Admin
  2. 2.
    To access this menu, go to Administration > Video Conference.
as shown below:
3. Enable Jitsi by going to Jitsi > Enabled
3. Make Jitsi, your Omnichannel call provider by going to Administration > Omnichannel > Video and Audio Call > Call Provider > Jitsi

WebRTC

Please visit the link below to configure WebRTC on your Rocket.Chat server.

    Make WebRTC, your Omnichannel call provider by going to Administration > Omnichannel > Video and Audio Call > Call Provider > WebRTC
