Set Up Your Profile and Organization Information

You can update your personal profile and organization information in your Rocket.Chat Cloud account at any time.

Update your profile

To update your Rocket.Chat Cloud profile:

1. Click your avatar icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.

3. On the Profile screen, update the following fields:

   • User avatar

   • Name

   • Phone number

   Your email address can’t be edited.

4. Click Save Changes to apply your updates.

Update organization information

If you’re a workspace administrator, you can update your organization’s information by following these steps:

1. From the left sidebar, click Organization.

2. On the Organization Settings screen, update any of the following:

   • Organization name

   • Address line 1 & 2

   • City

   • State/Province

   • Country

   • Zip code

   • VAT ID

3. Click Save Changes.

Only users with administrative access can edit organization settings.
