Omnichannel Video/Audio Call Configuration

To set Omnichannel call provider,

  • Go to Administration > Workspace > Settings > Omnichannel > Video and Audio Call > Call Provider.

  • Select Default Provider. It uses the default provider that you set when configuring conference calls.
