You can update your personal profile and organization information from your Rocket.Chat Cloud account.
Update your profile
Your Cloud profile contains the personal information associated with your Rocket.Chat Cloud account.
To update your profile:
Select your avatar from the upper-left area of the Cloud Portal.
Select My profile.
On the Profile page, update any of the following fields:
User URL for avatar: Enter the URL of an image to use as your profile avatar. When no URL is provided, Rocket.Chat Cloud uses your Gravatar image.
Name
Phone number
Select Save Changes.
Your email address is displayed on the Profile page but cannot be edited. To request an email address change, contact
support@rocket.chat.
Update your organization information
Only users with administrative access can edit organization settings.
Users with administrative access can update the information associated with the organization’s Rocket.Chat Cloud account.
To update the organization information:
From the left sidebar, select Organization.
On the Organization Settings page, update any of the following fields:
Organization name
Address line 1
Address line 2
City
State/Province
Country
Zip code
VAT ID
Select Save changes.
