To be able to receive Jenkins notifications:

Go to Administration > Apps > Marketplace, search for Jenkins Integration
Install the app.
Click the Settings tab and enter a name in the Jenkins Integration Username Alias and a user avatar in the Jenkins Integration avatar field
Save Changes.
A webhook is generated after saving.
