How to Submit a Request
Failure to include the following information will result in your request being rejected.
Submit via Email:
Send your request to lawenforcement@rocket.chat.
Note: We do not accept legal process via postal mail unless required by law. Digital submission is preferred for speed and security.
Required Information Checklist:
Request must be on official agency letterhead.
Target URL: You MUST provide the specific workspace URL (e.g., company.rocket.chat or open.rocket.chat).
Identifiers: Username, email address, or other specific identifiers.
Legal Basis: Cite the specific legal authority (Statute, Code, etc.).
Contact Info: Official email address (e.g., name@agency.gov) and phone number of the requesting agent.
