Rocket.Chat Voice enables real-time voice communication directly in your Rocket.Chat workspace, freeing teams from the need to switch apps or rely on external phone systems. It’s an integrated feature that revolutionizes how businesses connect within Rocket.Chat.

Powered by WebRTC, the core functionality ensures seamless in-app calls between users. It can be expanded via a SIP integration to connect with external phone networks and traditional VoIP systems for advanced telephony requirements. By unifying text and voice, Team Voice Calls elevates collaboration and boosts team engagement.
