Create and Access Your Cloud Account

When deploying a new workspace, the registration wizard will prompt you to connect it to an existing Rocket.Chat Cloud account or create a new one.

You can also create a Rocket.Chat Cloud account directly by visiting cloud.rocket.chat and following these steps:

  1. Click Create Account.

  2. Fill in the required registration details.

  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  4. Click Next, then check your email inbox for a confirmation link.

  5. Click the confirmation link to activate your account.

Once activated, your Cloud account is ready. All connected workspaces will appear on the Workspaces screen.

For cloud-hosted workspaces, a cloud account is automatically created for the customer when initiating your workspace with us for the first time.

To access your Rocket.Chat cloud account,

  • Log in to your cloud account with your email and password, or via a login link sent to your email.

To access your cloud account via a login link,

  1. Go to Rocket.Chat Cloud.

  2. Enter your Email Address and then click Send Login Link. You'll receive an email with the link to sign in to your cloud console.

  3. To access your cloud account, click Sign In from the email or copy and paste the URL into your web browser.

Now that your Cloud account is ready, you can proceed to Set Up Your Profile and Organization Settings.
