Seats FAQ

A seat is any user with Active or Pending status in the user panel, whether they’ve logged in to your workspace or not. Guest users, deactivated users, and app users are not counted as seats.

• Starter: Up to 50 users

• Pro: Up to 500 users

• Enterprise: Custom user limits based on your organization’s needs.

You cannot exceed the seat limit by manually adding users or through integration. If a premium license is applied to a workspace that already exceeds its seat limit, the license may be invalidated. To avoid interruptions, ensure the number of seats aligns with your license requirements.

The trial period offers a sample of the next tier plan for your workspace. If you're on the Starter plan, a 30-day Pro trial license is provided, allowing you to interact with up to 500 users, the limit of the Pro plan. If you're on the Pro plan, a 30-day Enterprise trial license is provisioned, offering the benefits of the Enterprise plan.

For self-service customers, if you're already subscribed and want to purchase extra seats, you'll be charged a prorated cost for these seats based on the remaining time in the current billing cycle. Here’s how it works:

1. Prorated cost: The cost for each additional seat is prorated according to the number of days left in your current cycle. For example, if you add seats halfway through the billing period, you’ll be charged only for the remaining half of the cycle.

2. Estimated total: You’ll also see an updated Estimated total, which includes the full cost for all seats (existing and newly added) in the upcoming billing cycle. This estimate reflects what you’ll pay at the start of the next cycle.
